LOWONGAN KERJA -- Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter. Maskapai ini didirikan oleh Susi Pudjiastuti pada akhir tahun 2004.
Susi Air berkantor pusat di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat. Susi Air memiliki 20 basis operasional utama di Medan, Banda Aceh, Padang, Dabo, Bengkulu, Jakarta, Pangandaran, Palangkaraya, Samarinda, Tarakan, Malinau, Kupang, Masamba, Manokwari, Biak, Nabire, Timika, Jayapura, Wamena, dan Merauke. Operasional ini didukung oleh total lebih dari 140 pilot, 75 insinyur dan mekanik pesawat, sertaa 650 ground staf dan staf pendukung lainnya.
Susi Air saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi HR Recruitment dan Management Trainee Finance & Accounting. Lowongan ini terbuka untuk diploma dan sarjana.
1. HR Recruitment
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Psyhcology or Human Resources Management;
Minimum experience 2 years in aviation company or related field;
Experienced in end-to-end recruitment process;
Excellent verbal and written English commuication skill;
Able to conduct psychological testing and explain the result to user;
Persuasive and goal-oriented.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment plan, including all recruitment process and regarding organizational development.
Ensure recruitment processes are in accordance with procedures based on recruitment policy
Resposible for end to end recruitment process from screening to exit interview & off boarding
Ensure that all employee have job description and coordinating with all user
In charge for talent acquisition including talent pool management

2. Management Trainee Finance & Accounting
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Major from reputable university.
Maximum age 25 years old.
Familiar with accounting software
Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
Able to work individually and within a team
Work well under pressure
Creative, innovative, and have a good character
Excellent organizational skill
Skilled in multitasking
Flexible in terms of working hours
Able to work in an agile environment
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
